Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, Donatti products cannot be returned once opened. This policy applies to all shampoo, conditioner, and hair care items. For your safety and the integrity of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for unopened and unused Donatti products returned within 7 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@donatti.co.uk . We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds or Replacements: In the case of damaged or faulty products, we will offer you either a refund or replacement free of charge. However, this only applies if the product is reported as damaged or defective before it has been opened or used. Once opened, Donatti is not responsible for damage caused during use or by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Damage or Loss

  • Not Responsible for Shipping Damage: Once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it safely. Donatti is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Claims for Shipping Damage: If your package is damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier, but we are not liable for any shipping-related issues once the package has left our facility.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened product for a refund, please email us at info@donatti.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Returns will only be accepted if the product remains sealed and in original condition.
  2. Damaged or Faulty Products: For damaged or faulty products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographic evidence of the issue. Once we confirm the damage, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: If you are returning an unopened product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as Donatti is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Donatti-Paid Returns: If your return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
